The variegated yarn for this doll is a beautiful hand painted super soft one ply merino that I just had to have. I've been enjoying working with purple/green/gold, so how could I pass it up? This was a pretty quick little doll and I made up the cord style using a sort of Tunisian stitch. I gave this doll to my friend Betsy, who was going through a rough time.
