Prokopowicz Family

I made this wall hanging while on vacation in Saugatuck, MI in the summer of 2008. I had collected a bunch of driftwood, shells, and stones and decided to work them into a wall hanging. It just so happened that I had lots of yarn on hand to work on another (much larger) wall hanging that ended up taking a back seat during vacation. I was lucky to have with me "water colors" blues, greens, purples and some browns. I enjoyed making this and it was good practice for the larger one I'm working on -- that one will be quite a bit different (more geometric, not really a nature theme), but since I am very inexperienced in making wall hangings it was good to make this little one. Finished August 2008.
