Prokopowicz Family

This piece was the result of a challenge within the Freeform Crochet Yahoo group. Three groups of 5 or 6 crocheters participated. In each group, each person sent every other person 5 yards of 5 yarns each (and reserved same for herself). The yarns were supposed to be ugly in and of themselves and/or ugly together. The yarns were to be used together to turn make a silk purse out of a sow's ear in a freeform crochet project. Although I didn't intend it, my piece kind of came out looking like a fish (and some have said it looks like a VW Beetle with an extra thingy coming out of it). Finished July 2003.
